Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receiving your order in its original packaging and tags.
Return exceptions: Toys, Swimming Gears, Baby Care Items, and Accessories.

Exchanges

Junior Cart allows exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. To request an exchange, please email our customer service team at support@juniorcart.com within 10 days of receiving your order. The shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned item in its original packaging and tags, Junior Cart will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a period of 7-10 business days following the receipt and processing of your return. It’s important to note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Visit Returns Page: If you wish to return an item, go to the “Returns” page on our website.
  2. Provide Order Details: Enter the details of your order.
  3. Select Items and Reason: Choose items to return and indicate the reason.
  4. Get Return Authorization (RA) Number: If eligible, receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  5. Pack Items Securely: Pack items securely in original or protective packaging.
  6. Label and Ship: Label the package with the RA number and ship it to the provided address.
  7. Track Your Return: Use the tracking number for return status updates.
  8. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, expect a refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at support@juniorcart.com.
  2. Provide Exchange Details: Share your order information and the item you want to exchange, along with the preferred replacement.
  3. Receive Exchange Authorization: If eligible, receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and instructions.
  4. Pack Items Securely: Pack items securely, including the EA number in the package.
  5. Label and Ship for Exchange: Label the package with the EA number and ship it to the provided address.
  6. Track Your Exchange: Use the tracking number for exchange status updates.
  7. Exchange Confirmation: Once your exchange is processed, you will receive confirmation and any applicable adjustments.
  8. Refund for Price Differences: If there are price differences between the exchanged items, refunds or additional charges will be notified and processed accordingly.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@juniorcart.com immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
